Ms. Stephanie

Ms. Stephanie is a passionate Early Childhood Educator and a devoted mother of three, bringing over a decade of experience in nurturing and developing young minds. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Infant and Toddler Care and is currently advancing her expertise through the Infant and Toddler Learning Community, reflecting her unwavering commitment to professional growth and excellence in early childhood education.

 

In her role as Family Service & Program Manager, Ms. Stephanie oversees a range of responsibilities that include managing all aspects of parent engagement and serving as a vital point of contact for inquiries or concerns, fostering strong relationships with families. Through effective communication, she ensures that the needs of parents are addressed collaboratively and with care. Ms. Stephanie also plays a crucial role in maintaining compliance with childcare regulations by meticulously managing and updating children's files, overseeing adherence to licensing requirements, and ensuring all necessary records and documentation are maintained accurately.

 

Her multifaceted role significantly strengthens the connection between the daycare center and families, creating a supportive and well-regulated environment for everyone involved. Outside of her professional pursuits, Ms. Stephanie enjoys unwinding with movies (especially with extra buttered popcorn), music, and dancing, which adds a dynamic and engaging element to her vibrant personality.
