Ms. Racquel

As the lead infant teacher and Educational Quality Coordinator at our childcare facility, I’m Ms. Racquel. With nearly 8 years of expertise in early childhood education, an Infant Toddler CDA credential, and active participation in the infant-toddler learning community, I am dedicated to nurturing and fostering a positive learning environment for our little ones. When I’m not enriching young minds, you can find me unwinding at the beach, soaking up the sun and the soothing sound of the ocean.

 

In my role as Educational Quality Coordinator, I diligently conduct classroom environment checks to ensure they are conducive to learning and child development. I also review and provide constructive feedback on lesson plans and portfolios to ensure that educational goals are being met. Additionally, I play a key part in training new and independent staff members, providing guidance and support in implementing best practices and educational standards. My passion for maintaining high-quality educational experiences extends beyond the classroom, and I am committed to ensuring that every child and staff member at our daycare center receives the support and resources they need to thrive.
